TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 2007 (NO 28 OF 2007) - SECT 122

In determining the appeal, the Tribunal may:

    (a)     confirm the decision subject to the appeal; or

    (b)     vary the decision subject to the appeal; or

    (c)     substitute another decision that would have been available to the decision maker.
