Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) While a statutory charge under this Division remains registered, the registration authority must not register an instrument affecting the land unless the Commissioner consents, in writing, to its registration.
(2) The Commissioner has a discretion to consent, or refuse to consent, to the registration of an instrument under this section.
