TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 2007 (NO 28 OF 2007) - SECT 85

A taxpayer must comply with any other non-pecuniary requirement:

    (a)     imposed by or under a taxation law; and

    (b)     for which no penalty for non-compliance is specifically fixed.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.
