Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This Act does not affect the right of a person to claim or recover compensation or damages under any other law.
(2) A court in which an action for damages under any other law is heard must not take into consideration that financial assistance has been or may be paid.
