The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Planning, Development and Infrastructure
(State Planning Commission) Amendment Bill 2017.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of section 18—Constitution of Commission
(1) Section 18—after subsection (1) insert:
(1a) The Minister must, when nominating persons for appointment as members
of the Commission, ensure that at least 1 person has expertise in agriculture or
primary production.
(2) Section 18(2)—Delete "The Minister" and substitute:
