29B.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags to be flown
The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:
Part 1—Preliminary
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Parliament (Joint Services) (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flags) Amendment Act 2003.
Amendment provisions
2. In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment of Parliament (Joint Services) Act 1985
Insertion of section 29B
3. After section 29A insert:
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags to be flown
29B. Whenever the Commonwealth or State flag is flown at Parliament House, the Aboriginal flag and the Torres Strait Islander flag must also be flown.
