Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) "or a building surveying certificate" after "certificate" , first occurring;

(b) by inserting in subregulation (2) "or a building surveying certificate" after "certificate" , first occurring;

(c) by inserting in subregulation 2(a) "sufficient" before "evidence" .
