FISHERIES (GENERAL AND FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 41) - REG 4

Regulation 18 amended (Prohibition on taking certain fish)

Regulation 18(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "baskingshark" and substituting "basking shark" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (d) "magamouth" and substituting "megamouth" .
