Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "subclause (1)" from clause 17(5) of the Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders set out in that Schedule and substituting "subclause (2)" .

These regulations amend the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Regulations 1996 by –

(a) prescribing a penalty for a breach of the Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders; and

(b) correcting a reference.
