Schedule III to the Justices Rules 1976 is amended by inserting the following item after item 15:

15A.    Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

Notified in the Gazette on 30 November 1999

These rules are administered in the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These rules provide that a person who is charged with an offence under the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 may enter a written plea to the charge.
