MENTAL HEALTH REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 111) - REG 4

Approved medical practitioners

A medical practitioner appointed under section 10 of the repealed Act as an approved medical practitioner is taken to be an approved medical practitioner for the purposes of the Act.
