NATIONAL PARKS AND RESERVED LAND REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 167) - REG 21

Cancellation of authority
(1)  The managing authority or, for the purpose of regulation 6 , the Director may cancel any authority, or game authority, granted to a specific person if –
(a) the person has contravened or failed to comply with any condition of the authority or game authority; or
(b) the person has been convicted of an offence under the Act or these regulations.
(2)  A notice –
(a) is to be served on the person who was granted the authority or game authority; and
(b) is to specify the grounds on which the authority or game authority is cancelled.
(3)  On the service of a notice –
(a) the authority or game authority ceases to have effect; and
(b) the person is to surrender the authority or game authority to the managing authority or to the Director if the Director granted the authority or game authority.
