EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations –

(a) prescribe maximum fees, commissions, remunerations and charges that The Public Trustee may receive; and
(b) prescribe remuneration that an advisory trustee may receive; and
(c) prescribe the form of a notice under section 17 of the Public Trustee Act 1930 ; and
(d) make provision in relation to certain other matters under that Act; and
(e) rescind earlier regulations.
