Proclamation under the North West Regional Water (Arrangements) Act 1997

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the North West Regional Water (Arrangements) Act 1997 fix 10 August 1999 as the day on which that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, commences.
