Regulation 26 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting subregulation (10) and substituting the following subregulation:

(10)  The prohibitions and restrictions specified in the second column of the table set out at the end of subregulation (5) in respect of road sign No. 30 do not apply to a vehicle belonging to the holder of an exemption permit issued under regulation 27 while the permit is displayed on the windscreen of the vehicle.

(b) by omitting from subregulation (10B) "sign No. 30A" and substituting "signs Nos. 28A, 30 and 30A" .
