TAXI INDUSTRY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 130) - REG 22

Regulation 29 amended (Inspection requirements)

Regulation 29 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the penalty and substituting the following penalty:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
