TAXI INDUSTRY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 130) - REG 23

Regulation 32 amended (Advertising material in or on taxis)

Regulation 32 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the penalty and substituting the following penalty:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
