Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The term of appointment of a member of the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee, or an expert adviser, is 3 years, or a lesser period specified in the instrument of appointment of the member or adviser.
(2) A member or adviser may be reappointed for a further term or terms.
