Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A member of the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee, or an expert adviser, may resign by giving the Minister written notice of resignation.
(2) The resignation takes effect on the day the notice is received by the Minister or, if a later day is specified in the notice, on that later day.
