Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Board Chair must preside at all meetings of the Board at which he or she is present.
(2) In the absence of the Board Chair from a meeting, the members present must appoint one of the members present at the meeting to preside.
(3) The Board Chair or a member who presides at a meeting has a
deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, also has a
casting vote.
