Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) At a meeting of the Board, a quorum is formed by the majority of the members of the Board.
(2) One of the members of the majority must be ordinarily
resident in Australia and one of the members of the majority must be
ordinarily resident in New Zealand.
