Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations If the Commissioner reasonably believes that it is necessary for
the proper prosecution or completion of proceedings for a person to perform an
act, file a document or produce evidence that is not provided for by the Act
or these Regulations, the Commissioner may give notice to the person requiring
him or her to perform the act, file the document or produce the evidence,
specified in the notice.
