(1) An abstract that is filed must be in English.
(2) A document required to be in an approved form that is filed must be in English.
(3) If any other document is filed:
(a) the document must be in English and be in the form (if any) specified in a direction under section 214B of the Act; or
(b) the following apply:
(i) the document (the original document ) must be filed with a document (the translated document ) that is a translation of the original document into English;
(ii) the translated document must be in the form (if any) specified in a direction under section 214B of the Act.
(4) However, this regulation does not apply to documents relating to a basic application that are prescribed under subsection 43AA(1) of the Act.
