Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to a PCT application that is treated as an application for a standard patent under the Act.
(2) The Commissioner must not give a direction under section 44 of the Act unless the applicant has complied with the requirements of subsection 29A(5) of the Act.
