Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of an international registration for which the Trade Marks Office is the Office of the Contracting Party of the holder may make a request for territorial extension in accordance with Article 3 ter (2) of the Protocol.
(2) The request may be made to the International Bureau through the intermediary of the Trade Marks Office.
(3) If a request is made through the Trade Marks Office, the
Registrar must perform the functions, under the Protocol, of the Office of the
Contracting Party of the holder in relation to the request.
