Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 224(6) of the Act, a person may oppose a request for an extension of time by filing a notice of opposition in an approved form within one month from the advertisement of the request for the extensions in the Official Journal under subsection 224(5) of the Act.
(2) The Registrar must give a copy of the notice to the applicant.
