Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations The Registrar may exempt specified classes of persons from the
payment of the whole or a part of a fee specified in Schedule 9 if the
Registrar is reasonably satisfied that the exemption is justified, having
regard to all the circumstances.
