Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 65A(4) of the Act, a person may oppose a request for amendment by filing a notice of opposition, in an approved form, within one month from the advertisement of the request for amendment in the Official Journal under subsection 65A(3) of the Act.
(2) The Registrar must give a copy of the notice to the
applicant.
