CHARITABLE FUNDRAISING ACT 1991 - SECT 19
Conditions of authority
(1) An authority may be granted unconditionally or subject to conditions and
is subject to any conditions imposed by the regulations.
(2) The Secretary
may, by notice in writing given to the holder of an authority, impose a
condition on the authority or amend or revoke a condition of the authority
(other than a condition imposed by the regulations).
(3) The regulations may
provide that a contravention of a specified condition is an offence punishable
by a penalty not exceeding 50 penalty units.
