"Division member" means a Division member of the Occupational Division of the
Tribunal.
"medical practitioner proceedings" means proceedings involving a health
practitioner who practises in the medical profession or a student of that
profession.
"senior judicial officer" means a person who is--
(a) a Judge of the Supreme Court (or a Judge or other person having the same status as a Judge of the Supreme Court), or
(b) a Judge of the District Court.
