HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 324
Renaming of Agency Management Committee
(1) The renaming of the Agency
Management Committee by the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and
Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022 does not affect the validity of an
appointment of a person to the Committee before the renaming.
(2) In this
section--
"Agency Management Committee" means the Australian Health Practitioner
Regulation Agency Management Committee established by section 29, as in force
immediately before the commencement of this section.
