PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1979 - SECT 34BB
Delegation by Minister
34BB Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may delegate the exercise of a
function of the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation,
to-- (a) a person employed in the Department, or
(b) a person, or class of
persons, authorised for this section by the regulations.
(2) A person to whom
the exercise of a function is delegated under subsection (1) may subdelegate
the exercise of the function, other than this power of subdelegation, to-- (a)
a person employed in the Department, or
(b) a person, or class of persons,
authorised for this section by the regulations.
