SUTHERLAND SHIRE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2006 - REG 59

59 Application of Part

(1) This Part applies to the land identified on the Land Application Map , referred to in this Part as the
"Heathcote Ridge West Menai site" .

(2) No other provision of this plan (other than clauses 5 (2) and 6) applies to land within the Heathcote Ridge West Menai site.
