In this chapter—
"interstate law" means a law of another State, or the Commonwealth, that
corresponds to the provisions of this Act.
"interstate prohibition decision" means an order or another decision that—
(a) is made under an interstate law; and
(b) has the effect of—(i) ordering the disposal or forfeiture of a thing or an animal; or(ii) prohibiting a person from possessing, purchasing or otherwise acquiring an animal.
