ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 64

64 Who may apply

(1) A registered person or an applicant for registration may apply to the chief executive for an exemption (a
"disclosure exemption" ) for stated registration details or proposed registration details for the person.

(2) However, a disclosure exemption can be given for the person’s name only if the person is an individual.
