Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An insurer can not be subrogated to another person in relation to the other person's entitlement to claim compensation under section 188 or 188A.

insurer means a person who carries on an insurance business within the meaning of the Insurance Act 1973 (Cwlth).
