195 Definitions for sdiv 2

In this subdivision—

"amendment Act" means the Nature Conservation Act 1992.

"commencement" means the commencement of this subdivision.

"old class" , of protected area, means any of the following classes of protected area under the unamended Act—

(a) national park (scientific);

(b) national park (recovery);

(c) conservation park;

(d) resources reserve.
