NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 99

(1) A person must not—

(a) take wildlife on any land; or

(b) enter or be on any land for the purpose of taking wildlife;

without the landholder's consent.

Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a conservation officer who—

(a) has entered the land under part 9; and

(b) exercises a power under the part.
