RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 17

In this Act, an entity to which this Act does not apply means—

(a) an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 1; or

(b) an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
