RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 17

17 Meaning of entity to which this Act does not apply

In this Act, an
"entity to which this Act does not apply" means—

(a) an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 ; or

(b) an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
