South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations17—Term and renewal of environmental authorisations (section 43)
For the purposes of section 43(3) of the Act, an application for renewal
of an environmental authorisation must be made—
(a) if
the Authority has specified a number of days for that purpose by condition of
the authorisation—not less than that number of days before the date of
expiry of the authorisation; or
(b) in
any other case—not less than 60 days before the date of expiry of
the authorisation.
