1—Maximum number of persons that may be carried on vessel that
does not have compliance plate
The maximum number of persons that may be carried on a vessel that does not
have a compliance plate fitted by the manufacturer stating the maximum number
of persons that may be safely carried as determined in accordance with
AS 1799.1 must be determined in accordance with the following tables:
