JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 76 OF 2009) - SECT 22
Section 72Q amended (Leave of absence for forensic patients on restriction orders)
Section 72Q(6)(a) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
"Victims Register" and substituting "eligible persons register" ;
(b) by
omitting "registered in relation to the forensic patient in that Register" and
substituting "listed in relation to the forensic patient in that register" .
