JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 76 OF 2009) - SECT 23
Section 72R amended (Notification of victims)
Section 72R of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "registered in the Victims Register" and substituting "listed
in the eligible persons register" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (2)
"registered in the Victims Register" and substituting "listed in the eligible
persons register" .
