HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 83 OF 2018) - REG 27

Identification of infants

    (1)     In regulation 24(1) of the Principal Regulations, for "private hospital or day procedure centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (2)     In regulation 24(1)(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "hospital or centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (3)     In regulation 24(2) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "private hospital or day procedure centre" substitute "health service establishment";

        (b)     for "hospital or centre" (where twice occurring) substitute "health service establishment".
