HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 83 OF 2018) - REG 28

Respect, dignity and privacy

    (1)     In regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations, for "private hospital or day procedure centre" substitute "health service establishment".

    (2)     In example 2 of the examples at the foot of regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations, for "hospital or centre" substitute "health service establishment".
