Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The CEO is to
issue an identification card to each inspector, other than police officers.
(2) An inspector,
other than a police officer, must produce his or her identification card if
requested to do so by a person in respect of whom the inspector is about to
exercise, is exercising or has exercised, any of the inspector’s powers.
(3) A person who
ceases to be an inspector must, as soon as practicable, return his or her
identification card to the CEO.
