Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A court hearing
proceedings for an offence under this Act or dealing with any other
application under this Act may make such orders as to costs as it thinks fit.
(2) Costs ordered to
be paid under subsection (1) are recoverable by the person to whom they are to
be paid in a court of competent jurisdiction as a judgment debt due to that
person.
