A justice may issue a
warrant authorising an inspector to enter a place or vehicle if satisfied, by
an application supported by evidence on oath, that —
(a)
there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that there is at the place or in
the vehicle —
(i)
an animal the welfare, safety or health of which is under
threat; or
(ii)
anything that may afford evidence of the commission of an
offence under this Act;
or
(b)
entry onto the place or into the vehicle is reasonably required to investigate
a suspected offence.
