Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A justice may issue a
warrant authorising an inspector to seize an animal if satisfied, by an
application supported by evidence on oath, that there are reasonable grounds
for suspecting that an offence under Part 3 is likely to be committed in
respect of the animal if it is not seized.
