132 Power to stop vehicle that may be entered

(1) If a vehicle, that an inspector may enter under this part other than an aircraft or train, is moving or about to move, the inspector may signal (a
"stop signal" ) the person in control of the vehicle—

(a) to stop the vehicle; or

(b) not to move the vehicle.

(2) In this section—

"stop" , a vehicle, includes requiring it to remain stationary for the time reasonably necessary to enable a function or power under this or another Act to be performed or exercised.
